Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping method and the weight and dimensions of the package. We offer free standard shipping for orders above a certain amount. Please check our website for the current amount required for free shipping.

Refund Policy for Sunnah Souq

At Sunnah Souq, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund policy. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our processes and policies.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) you purchased must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for certain items, such as digital products, and edible items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the return shipping should be handled by the customer unless the product is returned due to manufacturing defects.

Refund Method

We will issue your refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to initiate a return once you receive the item(s).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

Our Cash on Delivery (COD) policy is designed to provide a convenient payment option for our customers. However, in order to cover the additional costs associated with COD transactions, we have implemented an Extra COD Fee. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before placing a COD order.

Extra COD Fee: A non-refundable Extra COD Fee will be applied to each Cash on Delivery order. This fee is intended to cover the additional expenses incurred in processing and handling COD transactions. The Extra COD Fee amount is INR 50, and it will be communicated to you during the checkout process.

Payment Method: Payment for COD orders must be made at the time of delivery.

No Free Shipping: Please note that the Free Shipping option is not available for Cash on Delivery orders. The Extra COD Fee is in addition to any shipping fees that may apply to your order.

Order Confirmation: Once you place a COD order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase, including the Extra COD Fee. Please ensure that the total amount is ready in cash at the time of delivery.
